Description

An 7'2" elf with milk-white skin, scraggly black hair, and a near-skeletal frame, Jack is incredibly creepy even for a ghoul. It's worse when he grins, the juxtaposition of his deep red lips stretched across a mouthful of sharklike fangs capable of making even the hardiest of trolls shiver.

Perhaps it's a blessing he has no use for a commlink, and caters to the absolute lowest of the low in the Barrens: ghouls, Infected, and the most desperate of the poor.

Jack runs a cafeteria-style greasy spoon deep in the Redmond Barrens, appropriately named "Hell's Soup Kitchen". He is always in need of anonymous donations of mystery meat to fill his larder, which he accepts mostly through literal dead drops.
